Sara Lyttle is a graduate of the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a member of the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada. She customizes each individual treatment based on a detailed assessment which incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic methods. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in establishing an optimal balance in all states of well being through Acupuncture, Fire cupping, Gua sha and moxibustion.
