Teresa found her appreciation for the healing arts through many years of struggling with her own health. She’s always had a desire to help others but only recently, through the pandemic, realized where she wanted to focus her energy. She graduated from a 2200-hour massage therapy program in July 2022 and recently graduated from a 4 year Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture program. She is trained in various therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques to help reduce pain, increase range of motion, and enhance the body’s healing abilities. She is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine
