Description
The primary focus of my practice is to align the physical and emotional well-being of my patients. With an interest in whole body rejuvenation and healthy aging from the inside out, I fully believe that when provided with the right conditions, the body demonstrates its innate ability to repair itself to a more healthful state. I am a strong advocate for stress reduction and proper nutrients in order to improve immunity, sleep, energy, hormones, fertility and digestive functions. In addition, I especially love seeing the effects of acupuncture on anxiety, back pain and muscle tension.
