Dr. Dorothy Payne, R.Ac., is a Canadian trained licensed acupuncturist and doctor of acupuncture and Chinese medicine with advanced specialization in German Auricular Medicine (GAM) - a modern and sophisticated, neuroscience-based system of acupuncture that uses the ear as a detailed map of the body. Drawing on years of training with leading experts in auriculotherapy, Dr. Payne integrates specialized auricular needles, ear seeds, and/or Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) to identify and treat precise reflex points that correspond to physical, physiological, neurological and emotional imbalances.
