Acupuncture is my specialty, and as such, I believe it is the best complementary medicine available. Surgery and antibiotics can often be jarring to the patient, or require recovery time. Acupuncture can shorten that time and help the body adapt to the changes happening within. Our immune system and general homeostasis can be bolstered and maintained with acupuncture. Many everyday ailments and conditions can be improved, if not wholly resolved, with a few acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture is often misunderstood, and many of us overlook its viability.
