Kirsten Bedard is passionate and knowledgeable about the human body - from movement and exercise to therapeutic bodywork. She has been working with clients for over 25 years, helping people to move efficiently and feel more at ease in their bodies. She has a Nutrition degree and has been a long time exercise trainer, specializing in functional exercise and strength training. Kirsten is also an AIM Acupuncture graduate who is knowledgeable in Chinese medicine theory and philosophy. She integrates tuina, cupping, moxa, Chinese food therapy, and qigong meditation into her Acupuncture work.
