Summary
At the Northwest Wellness Centre, we believe that our bodies are constantly being bombarded by continuous stress of varying degrees. This stress comes in three forms: physical stress, chemical stress and mental stress. Good health is lost when we can no longer handle the various forms of stress. Our vision is to create a multi-discipline wellness centre in Grande Prairie that targets the three forms of stress.
